I love to combine my passion to promote positive emotional health and wellbeing with my love of art. ❤️ I mainly draw mandala’s using mindfulness techniques and love to share these with others on social media as well as showing ways that people can create their own mindful art practice in workshops.
I have created some affirmation bracelets that you can use for mindful practice which you can purchase from the Art Quarter as well as cards of some of my designs. You can also purchase a large A3 colouring sheet for mindful colouring in! ❤️
